SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING SCOPE

SLOW MIND ART ships to:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
  • International (check availability)

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 3-5 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of EU: 7-10 business days

Times start counting from order and payment confirmation. These times are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. The exact cost will be displayed before checkout.

Free shipping: Check conditions on the homepage or during the purchase process.

4. PREPARATION AND PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.

6. RECEIVING THE ORDER

It is important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or anomaly, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at info@slowmindart.com

7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a notice for you to pick up the package or arrange a new delivery.

If the package is returned to our facilities due to inability to deliver, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8. INCIDENTS

If you have any problem with your shipment, please contact us at slowmindart@gmail.com stating your order number and describing the incident. We will resolve your query as soon as possible.

9. CUSTOMS AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes and customs duties that may apply in the destination country.

10. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
