🌿 What is KAIZEN+?

KAIZEN+ is a community intervention pilot project focused on holistic well-being, promoted by Slow Mind Art in collaboration with the Barceloneta Neighbors' Association.

The term "Kaizen" means continuous improvement.
KAIZEN+ expands this concept to collective improvement, integrating preventive mental health, accessible culture, and sustainability into the community environment.

🧠 Project Objective

To promote holistic well-being from a community-based, accessible, and intergenerational approach, creating spaces for encounter, learning, and connection.

🎨 What does the event include?

  • Local artisans' market.

  • Slow food and local produce space.

  • Artistic and emotional expression workshops.

  • Preventive mental health talks.

  • Concerts and cultural program.

  • Intergenerational dialogue spaces.
