History

Slow Mind Art is an association focused on promoting holistic well-being through art, accessible culture, and sustainable community participation.

The project arises from the need to create spaces that foster emotional balance, personal connection, and human development in a social context marked by acceleration, stress, and the risk of isolation. Slow Mind Art offers experiences based on conscious creativity, mindfulness, and the building of meaningful connections.

Holistic well-being is the central pillar of the organization, understood as the integration of a person's emotional, social, cultural, and environmental dimensions. Through workshops, gatherings, and creative activities, the association facilitates processes of artistic expression, reflection, and coexistence that strengthen emotional health and a sense of community.

Culture is conceived as an essential tool for this purpose. Slow Mind Art works to make culture accessible and inclusive, promoting active participation in artistic activities, cultural visits, and shared experiences that contribute to personal and collective enrichment.

Likewise, the organization integrates sustainability as a cross-cutting principle in its activities, prioritizing ecological transportation through walks, train travel, and excursions on public transport, thereby fostering responsible habits and respect for the environment.

One of the project's pillars is its intergenerational nature, promoting the participation of people of different ages with the aim of strengthening the social fabric and preventing isolation, fostering the exchange of experiences and mutual learning.

Currently, Slow Mind Art develops initiatives aimed at:

  • Promoting holistic well-being through creativity and participation.

  • Facilitating inclusive access to culture.

  • Promoting sustainable mobility and environmental respect.

  • Creating intergenerational spaces that strengthen social cohesion.

The association continues to consolidate itself as a reference point for the promotion of well-being, accessible culture, and community sustainability.
