Not knowing what you're doing is also creating

We've been led to believe that to create, you have to know how.

Know how to draw. Know how to paint. Know how to do it well.

At Slow Mind Art LAB, we dismantle that idea from the very beginning. Here, not knowing is a starting point, not a problem.

Creating without knowing allows intuition to emerge. For the body to make decisions before the mind. For the gesture to be honest and not calculated.

When you don't know what you're doing, you listen more to yourself.

And when you listen to yourself, something authentic emerges.

Intuition doesn't need instructions. Just space and permission. And often, the most sincere works are born right there: in not knowing.
