Metamorphosis: What Never Fades

✨ Metamorphosis: What Never Fades ✨

30x40cm

Acrylic

In this piece from the Metamorphosis collection, emotion appears as light in the midst of darkness. Magenta bursts forth and slides vertically, as if something inside overflows without losing direction: streams, veils, and traces that leave the impression of an intense, almost electric presence. The deep background holds the contrast—not as emptiness, but as night: a space where light both hurts and guides.

The painting behaves like a body in transformation. Some areas shine as if newly born, while others thicken, settle, and remain. The falling colors are no accident; they speak: what we feel is not always orderly, sometimes it spills, stretches, repeats until it finds an edge. Between these bands, darker breaths appear—pauses that reveal the strength of persistence.

Metamorphosis manifests here as sensitive resistance: moving through intensity without extinguishing it. Turning excess into language, wounds into presence, tremors into rhythm. The work stands as an intimate declaration: even in the night, something endures—what never fades.
