METAMORPHOSIS: THRESHOLD OF AIR

✨METAMORPHOSIS: THRESHOLD OF AIR ✨

Acrylic

A2

In this piece from the Metamorphosis series, the gesture loosens and begins to play. A broad, continuous black line moves across the white like an energy that resists explanation: it tangles, stretches, hesitates, returns, insists. It does not draw a fixed form; it traces a path—the mark of an emotional shift in motion.

Around it, points of color appear like sparks of presence: small bursts of joy, memory, and vitality. They do not follow a rigid pattern; they float like signals, like winks, like small celebrations. Together they form a constellation: a nearby, playful sky that accompanies the line, contradicts it, illuminates it, and urges it forward.

Metamorphosis manifests here as a transformation that refuses solemnity: change can also be light, unruly, luminous. The work holds the pulse of that moment when emotion, instead of closing in on itself, opens outward in multiple directions. A playful constellation of moments where chaos finds rhythm—and rhythm, a form of joy.
